I don't really understand the politics and bureaucracy parts. What were those about?

After watching it again I still do not have a clue what its about. I think thw one when they are at the windows is about elections. I think the person was voting. The chair confuses me.

The chair means that in Europe they change presidents. In Italy he gets roots, I mean he isn't changed. Bureaucracy - an European goes to one office and finds what he needs. An italian goes from office to office, back to the start and then an office is closed. I loved the one with the pedestrian crossing. The bus was great! The election meant that in Europe a party wins and the others don't. In Italy a party wins and then everyone moves to it. The coffee part was great. The air landing must've meant that it's a holiday when an Italian plane successfully lands. The one with sports was great. The smoking part looks like Romania. Olympics - fun, especially the sword and football part. The boat - FUNNY. So was the weight lifting and jumping. And the Neptune part. The shooting was h\great. The ice even more. Even the jousting and the ski slide or the hammer throwing. The clockwork was hreat. I'll never jump to swim. Boxing and jumping were great. BIKE LAUNCHING was cool! I might double-post on my reviews.

The road movie was great. I'll remember to drive like a madman when I'm 18. The eating in the intro of Far West was great. Far West was cool. Horror wasn't bad. I'd never go to the cemetary for a date.
