Bravenet. Free and good. By the way, I don't know if it hosts pages (like made in Frontpage) but it has good features. I suggest you use it.

Yahoo is kind of complicated. I think Geocities would be the best. I'm not sure if Yahoo and Geocities are the same thing, but you should probably use it.

I use geocities, but I don't have an organised site. The ads at the side are annoying.

Avoid Geocities. You get hardly any bandwith, and the ads are teh suck.
I use Freespaces. ^_^
