It was a sky/cable chanal made in England sometime in 1990 (My home 
) it was basically the first chanal for "kids" ("TCC" = "The Childrens Channel" - Not too hard to understand) I think it genuingly thought would be the ONLY kids chanel - so when Nickelodion (sp) and CN came on the scene it was over - TCC went bancrupt had had to say "Farewell" to it's fans.
It had great shows on it (I don't beleive in the word "kids" shows) on.
TVFM, Rave Master, Dreaming Stone, Duel Masters, All Sonics (Including some of "X" acytually... Hamtaro to name a few.
(The ones in bold have returned on other chanels in more recent years - all of witch "Toonami" except Hamtaro (My favorite) Which appeard on Jetix (Or "Fox" as it was known then.)
