Okay, here it is:
People who edit their pictures use programs such as Paintshop Pro (I don't know what else!). They use them edit their pictures, such as put in text, draw things, and circle things on their pictures. I don't have the slightest idea how!! ;D See ya!

Or you could just try looking for pics that you like that happen to have words in them.

Okay, plain and simple....if you don't ahve any complicated tools or anything...
Open MS Paint. Then open the avatar you want text on. Then lick the little 'A' on the left side of the screen and then type in yer text. Adjust the font and size to your liking.
