That movie is a masterpiece. The soundtrack is good. Way good. Studio Ghibli did Future Boy Conan, Castle in The Sky, Kiki's Delivery and now Spirited Away. Bad news that Miyazaki is retiring from his work. This is Miyazaki's last movie. My fav character is Chihiro and Haku. Also a couple too.
Good Masterpiece.
Score: 10/10.

Let's see... I've seen My Neighbor Totoro, Castle in the Sky, Kiki's Delivery Service, Princess Mononoke, and Spirited Away. Well, that's all that you can get in America, I think, but there are a lot of other movies that were never released in America. There's a movie about a violin maker, and another about pigs who fly around in red WWI era airplanes, and another that has a really odd art style. But anyway, I've also read the Nausicaa manga series. I bought the Nausicaa DVD while in Japan but haven't gotten around to watching it. Did you know that there's a Miyazaki Museum in Tokyo? (Hayao Miyazaki must be like an animation legend.) Man, I wanted to go so badly but you have to get reservations and they were all full. Also, Studio Ghibli merchandise is VERY EXPENSIVE. I got 3 plushies (the Cat Bus and Totoro from Totoro and Nausicaa's pet) as presents from my mom, and a Totoro wind-chime as a present from my host family, and a Totoro fan that I bought for myself. The fan was cheap but all the presents I got were expensive. *feels guilty*

I love Spirited Away! Actually, I just got it on VHS today. I really wanted it on DVD though... but whatever. I love Haku the most!

Spirited Away was pretty good, but it was offset by the main character's extremely bad voice (I can't remember the character's name, I haven't seen it in a while). While her voice is barely tolerable when she speaks normally, when she shouts her voice is so amazingly HORRIBLE I feel like covering my ears. Maybe the original Japanese version is better, but I always hated watching shows with subtitles...
