Author's Note: I got this idea from a story I read on the other fanfiction site and I immediately thought (some six months later) why not make a story that has to do with everyone's decommissioning?
Summary: The Kids Next Door operatives of Sector V are preparing for their thirteenth birthdays, along with their decommissioning, but when no one wants to leave, Numbuh One strikes up a plan. 1/86, 2/5, 3/4
