I know it's only one question but it's been one that I've been pondering for weeks. I just put it on for anyone who wants to read it.
Q: There are rumors for and against this, but are the Delightful Children actually siblings? The have different skin colours and stuff but they just act like they could be.
A:as far as the DCFDTL go... nobody knows if they're actually siblings or not! it just adds to their creepiness, no?

We know from Operation ZERO that they are actually the missing Sector Z, but were permenantly Delightfulized.
I'd say they're not biologically related.

The DC are the delightfulized Sector Z. They're not Father's actual kids. I personally doubt they're all related, though blond boy and blond girl could convincibly be.

It is possible that they could be. Tommy would have been on the same team as Hoagie if he hadn't decommissioned himself, and I'm sure Fanny is on the same team as her brother, since they'd have to be in the same general area. Unless they commute, which would also make sense, as Fanny and Sector V attend the same school, but Sector V have things in that town pretty well under control.

Hmmm...good point. It was still a bit unclear to me though. But that's why I hope they're not. It would just seem so...so...not understandable. I wonder what they would do if at a graduation, a cadet chose a number that was already taken?  |

I'm not sure if this was mentioned but didn't Monty/0 say that the DC were Father's 'so called' children. Which means, Father practically adopted them.
