lead to some pretty giant stuff moving forward!
and as to your questions:
Q: In the jail scene between Nigel and Abby, she asks him a series of questions. The last one being, "Who had a crush on Numbuh Three? And DON'T say Numbuh Four." So uh, was she referring to Ace aka The Kid who flirted with Kuki in CAKED-FOUR and RECESS?
A: yes. unless she was referring to someone else. then no.
Q: Because Hoagie's entrance... It was timed... as if it meant him... o_____o Because it isn't Nigel, right? Right? (Omg please no classic Mr.-W-patented-vague-response. xDD)

I'll just assume she meant The Kid and not worry about it.
Oddly enough, The Kid never even crossed my mind... Maybe because I'm not an operative (anymore).

The Kid seems the most logical choice, but why would Abby ask him a question about a non-operative if she wanted to test his knowledge about the KND?

Here was my theory that was posted on the Op: WHITE-HOUSE thread:
I'm not sure if this has been posted or not, but I have a theory behind what Numbuh 5 said.
When she said "Who had a crush on Numbuh 3, and don't say Numbuh 4." We can easily eliminate Numbuhs 1 and 2 and the Kid. Why?:
Numbuh 1: He would have blushed and hesitated with this question like Numbuh 3 did in SLUMBER, stopped any 3/4 moment, and would have never gone out with Lizzie.
Numbuh 2: He would have tried out his jokes and puns on Numbuh 3 instead of Numbuh 5, stopped any 3/4 moment, would not have joked on Numbuh 4 about Numbuh 3, and would not help him in PLANET.
Kid (I think that his name might be Miguel [Come on people, doesn't he look like a Miguel?]): Sector V didn't really know about him until RECESS (though they did see him in CAKED-FOUR).
What do you all think?

Did he blush and hesitate when the team found out about Lizzie? Okay, he was a little embarrassed, but he's matured since then. And I'm sure nothing Numbuh Five insinuates would embarrass him, especially something related to any romantic feelings he may or may not have. I doubt Nigel would be openly jealous. I mean heck Wally DOES have a crush on Kuki and he normally doesn't break up any moments between her and someone else! Not necessarily. Liking someone and dating them only to find you like someone else is by no means an unrealistic situation. Wha? In what universe does Hoagie specifically seek out Numbuh Five's attention with his jokes? I always got the impression that he tells the jokes simply because he likes them--note that he even tells them when Five isn't around. What I said for Numbuh One works here too. Unless he was trying to cover something up. Haven't seen this episode so I can't speak for it. I think your point about The Kid is the most convincing--Abby wouldn't have much info about him (unless she like net-stalked him or something) and as someone else said, she wouldn't ask about a non-operative. Though with regards to Abby's question, I subscribe to the theory that it was a trick question that she asked solely to indicate that she knew Numbuh One was the really who he claimed to be. However nothing rules out that she could be insinuating that someone else had a crush on li'l Kuki (nothing except that I doubt Tom would pull something like that). |

I actually agree with Little Miss Kuki Cat for the part about numbuhs 1 and 2
but i think sector V knew or atleast heard of him (op D.O.G.F.I.G.H.T.)

I wouldn't say that they heard of Ace in Op: DOGFIGHT. Because:
1) Hoagie isn't that truthful (Op: TAPIOCA). So they probably thought that he was making him up.
2) They really didn't see Ace until CAKED-FOUR. This is when they talked to him (end credits), and probably got to know him better.
3) They didn't really show any more contact with Ace until RECESS.

true,
numbuh's 2;3;and 4 were the only one's who had seen The Kid before RESCESS,
and he did totally ignore numbuh 4, so he doesn't really count in that sense

Also, we can rule out Numbuh 30c and Sandy because:
Numbuh 30c
1) He only had a small role in Op: ARTIC.
2) He hasn't been seen lately.
Sandy:
1) True, he did have a crush on Kuki, but he started crushing on Mushi.
2) Everyone could have thought it was a baby crush.
