Heya 62! and yer brothers!
glad to hear ya'll like the show so much! and while i'm not sure it's
really 'the most awesome show on earth' (isn't that the ringling bros.
circus?) i'd like to think it's in the top 1000! regardless, let's
answer some of the most awesome questions on earth:
Q: If it’s alright can I ask you a few questions if you’re not to busy?
A: you betcha!
Q: I know Numbuh One’s the leader, Numbuh Two’s the pilot, Numbuh
Five’s second in command, Numbuh Four’s the combat specialist, but what’s Numbuh Three? What’s her job in Sector V?
A: boundless optimism? and diversionary tactics.
Q: How did you come up with the characters for your show? Did you have
any inspiration for them?
A: well, they're all based on basic archetypes: the fearless leader,
the tough guy, the science nerd, etc... but the real trick is flipping them around- finding the fearless leader's fear, the tough guys weakness, etc. that's how you build character.
Q: Will we see more of the pilot on Operation DOGFIGHT, you know the
kid that showed up pushing Numbuh Three on the swing in Operation RECESS?
Also the KND fan base addresses this same person as “The Kid” dose he
have a real name you could tell us? Or is that top secret information?
A: no one knows the kid's real name... but he does show up at the
oddest times, doesn't he...
Q: Everyone is talking about Operation PLANET, do you have some
surprises in store for us in that episode?
A: well, aren't there surprises in EVERY episode?
Q: Do you have a favorite episode or part you like best in your show?
A: well, i can't name just one! there are TONS of favorites! but as for
the ones we're working on right now, i'm loving the song in PARTY, and
SCIENCE rocks. AMISH is funny. and TRICYCLE is pretty darn exciting!
oh... and wait'll you see GIRLFRIEND!
Q: Is Operation INTERVIEWS a special where the actual cast is interviewed with spoilers and bloopers for the show? Are there any actual interviews in the episode?
Or is that secret information that you don’t want the teens seeing?
A: all you need to know is that it's the most awesome episode ever.
Q: Dose your cast ever have bloopers or mess-ups while they’re doing
the voices for KND?
A: oh yeah... they mess up all the time, go into coughing fits, or just
say something to make us all laugh. they're all really funny people!
Q: I was also wondering how you picked your cast of voice actors, did
you meet them all before, or did you audition for the roles of your KND
voice actors?
A: we picked them through auditions. numbuh one was definitely the
hardest! we recast him 2 times!
Q: Uhhh here’s another question that might seem random but I was
wondering do you like pandas?
A: depends on how they're cooked. just kidding- i'm actually a
pandatarian (i don't eat any food with pandas in it)
Q: Will Numbuh Two’s dad ever show up in a flash back or episode?
A: i'm hoping so!
Q: Are you planning on making a live-action movie for KND in the
future?
Or an animated one like Operation ZERO?
A: we're planning on it... but we'll have to wait a long time to see if
it happens! and while there's no plan to do another animated on right
now, you never know what'll happen in the future!
Q: I loved Operation ZERO by the way, do you think that Sector V can
remember what happened?
A: some people think they do- some don't! i think i'm gonna go grab some peanut m&m's from the candy bin! wheeeee!
