Yeah, it says how they'll join the KND, not the TND. Still, in the audio interview, Mr. W essentially said that TREATY will be the end. I always wanted to see how KND would end, but now that it's actually going to happen, I just keep thinking, no more speculating, no more theories, no more bickering about couples, and no more counting down to the next episode.

TREATY might not be the end. Numbah 440 in the latest KNBlog update (responding to comments) suggested that KND might not be finished yet, and in my recent Q/A, Mr. Warburton said he'd totally take another season of KND, though he'd need a break from it for a while. No one on the production team give the impression that this is the end. Even if we have to wait a year for new episodes to even start (meaning maybe 2 years until new eps), I think it'd be totally worth the wait.
