A: actually, i'm not allowed to read fanfics! the scary cartoon network lawyers won;t let me! but i LOVE that people are out there writing about the KND! I'm starting to think these sooper scary lawers are no fun.

A: probably since they've been gone! And again...Not helpful

You know what? What if his son draws KND drawings. Or writes stories. I know that he's young, but if Jr. Warburton draws a picture, and wants to show it to his daddy...

I think that he's not allowed to read fanfics because the scary lawyers have a fear he might get an idea or something from them... (He has so many ideas, though!)

I don't know about fanart...

I think that, based on the rules from the fanart not-really-a-contest, he's allowed to see fanart unless it has an OC or any original works in it.

Yes, the main reason he's not allowed to see fanfics is because the CN lawyers are afraid they might get sued if he happens to lift an idea from a fanfic.

Honestly I think that's kind of stupid--I mean, he created KND. Fanfics are a derivitive of HIS creation. Fanfics are technically copyright infringement, so really, he should be able to use fanfic concepts in his work if he so chooses, without fear of backlash (naturally, the line should be drawn at OCs, which are still legally the domain of the fanfic author even if they're used in a derivitive work).

By the way Italian Angel: Purple is very hard to see against a black background--I had to squint to read your comments. Please choose pink next time.
