Ummm... no. If you're speaking about actual true ZERO romance, I agree with Nella. There was nothing but 3/4. There was 1/5, 2/5, 362/86, and 1/2 friendship stuff. And helpingeachotherinatimeofdoom stuff. But nothing else. Seriously, people need to stop classifying every little thing as romance. *bangs head on wall*

And there was no 362/60 or 2/86... surriously. ;D

What she said... The only other "romantic" hint was Lizzie calling Nigel to ask what socks he'd like (why didnt' they say her name?).

Personally, even though it was not pleasant to look at, I'm glad the creators made the 3/4 kiss the way they did; not only was it funny as hell, they possibly saved the forum from becoming World War III...

Seriously, I agree with this as well. People need to understand that there is a difference between friendship and romance. For instance, the 2/86 "moment?" platonic bickering. 362/60? They fought. Not to mention the fact that the 2/5 and 1/5 refferences in the movie that everyone seems to be so hung up about can be attributed to the fact that they are friends who care about each other. Anything can be twisted to support a romance ship. The question is whether it's real evidence.

We are slowly lowering the boundary of evidence right up to the point where being within 10ft of someone is 'evidence'. I've been guilty of it a few times myself and, really, it needs to stop. If you really want to ship 1/5 or 4/86 or, hell, Father/Chubbo (there is, by the way, a secret fanclub of this underground ship-to-end-all-ships on this forum -- scary, eh?) you can. I'm rather sick of the whole ship wank thing that seems to be going on -- mostly 'cause I've been doing it myself and, people, it's really dumb.

Except for 3/4 there was not a tinge of romance in the movie. Not even a smidgeon. None. Friendship? Scads. Piles. Heaps. But no romance.

Well...don´t shoot me, but besides many couples you mentioned before, I also saw a sign of 1/3 when Nigel hold numbah 3´s hands on her back and said: "Kuki!" with a really sad voice...

Yes please try not diss 1/5 hints like that, keep it to yourselfs if you don't think. Any ways I see them as hints personally, also that's what I thought about 1/3 too, I was like wow he has a past history with 1 except 3, but it could have been a hint. What I find a hint between 5/1 is Cree's quote, why would she say in a mocky tone to Nigle "The only one who is taking a break is Nigie from playing tree house with my little sister!" I mean why would they add that for no reason ;D

Oh my gosh, I know, right? I saw that too, and it made me tear up! But I think he only did that because he didn't have anything else to say to her. Like, Numbuh 1 pretty much had a past with everybody but her. Or so he mentioned.

I never said I didn't like shipping I just said that warping the evidence this way and that so it shows what you like is a suboptimal way of doing things. I did it and I know how silly it is, fundamentally. What exactly are we trying to prove to each other here? That our ships are canon? They ain't. 3/4 and 1/Lizzie are. That's fact. Our various ships? Not canon. Probably never will be, too. Just ship what you ship write fanfics, make fanart and ejoy yourself. 'Cause every single one of these conversations ends with not a dialogue buy two monlogues accidentally tacked together. You say QUIET I say 'Friendship' I go DATE you say "Pairing-of-convenience" and so on and on. Why not just quietly enjoy our various ships, okay? I'm not giving you an order of course. I'm not your boss. I have no authority whatsoever. I'm just asking: Why all the dramarama?

Agree with Goldenflither -- he had no past with her and yet was fond of her (Who wouldn't be? Kuki's almost supernaturally likeable. ) and was sad to have to fight her. Hence what he said. It's a good scene, though.
