There are loads of 3/4 moments and evidence in the KND episodes. But I think the strongest proofs of Wally liking Kuki and vice versa are in: (sorry for some repetitions ^^
Op. BEACH
~ Wally got really angry when Kuki was kidnapped . . .even took it as personal!
~ Kuki asked Wally to be her Prince Charming (not that strong . . .but still adorable
)
~ Wally blushed when Abby and Hoagie were teasing him on the kissing on a tree thing xD
~ Wally was the most desperate in rescuing Kuki
~ Wally's world became black when he found out that Kuki's getting married
~ even in the last minute, he wants to confirm if Kuki is really gotta marry Sandy
~ After Wally unties Kuki, they completely forgot about Abby and Hoagie . .. hehehe
~ Who would actually believe that he did all that for a stupid quarter? And it's not even true anywayz ;D
Op. HOSPITAL
~ Wally was super duper worried that Kuki might be liking another guy
~ When Kuki tells Wally that she loves the patient, he was super shocked and can't move a muscle
~ While Kuki's not around, Wally has these dialogues: What's so special about him? What's he got that I ain't?
~ Wally was about to confess his feelings for Kuki and Kuki has these puppy dog eyes. . .but interrupted by the stink ^^;
~ Kuki was sure it wasn't what Wally wanted to tell her, so she still asked hi what he REALLY wanted to say . . .. but Wally has already found out that it was Bradley he was refering to so he covered it by saying her shoe laces were untied T_T
Op. NAUGHTY
~ Wally was the last that Kuki bought a present for, and she got him a really special one because I think the rainbow reindeer thingy she planned to give him is like a limited edition xD so why is his the most special?
~ When Kuki asked Wally "Don't you like me?" . . . She went really sad then Abby repeated it in a different tone "Yeah numbuh 4, don't you liiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiike numbuh 3?" . . . .Abby's smirking . . .and Wally choked and got a bit nervous xD
~ Wally was the ONLY one who was able to bring Kuki back to her old self
why him? why him then? ;D hehehe
Op. SNOWING
~ Yeah, like the others have mentioned, Kuki got angry at Wally for acting like that. But why? Someone had asked Mr. Warbuton and he didn't want to answer it. Something's supiscious *evil smile*
Op. KASTLE
~ When Hoagie mentioned that Sandy has weird taste for women, Kuki got angry at him and she could have possibly done that for two reasons: Sandy likes Mushi, who is her sister OR Sandy liked her, which means liking her is having weird taste. But Wally had hit Hoagie as well. Hoagie asks why, he says nothing. But the fans know why, if Sandy has weird taste for liking women for liking Kuki, then so does he ;D
Op. CAKED FOUR
~ When the Kid was sorta flirting with Kuki . . . Wally got mad and told the kid to "Get away from her!" . . .. then the announcer says something like this:"Wallabee Beetles, a loser in tubing and a loser in love" ;D wahehehe . . .. we all know what that means

~ Kuki wishes Wally good luck . . .. BLUSHING! So does Wally!
~ Wally was complaining about what he's ordered to do but after a good luck from Kuki, he blushes as well and says that he's just doing his job and stuff xD
Op. SLUMBER
~ Kuki blushes and can't answer directly if she like like like Numbuh 4 ;D
~ Wally had choked or bursted out his soda (dunno the right term ^^
when he heard the question if Kuki likes him . . . and was really nervous on what's the answer gonna be
Op. UNDERCOVER
~ Wally thinks that it's already their end, the last chance for him to tell Kuki his feelings, he had this puppy dog eyes in telling Kuki that he has something he wanted to tell her for a long time now
Op. LOVE
~ Wally interrupted in the kissing scene!!!! ;D ;D ;D
~ Wally only decides to confess when he thinks he's gonna die or if Kuki likes someone else, in this case he thinks she likes the delightful children. He tells her not to interrupt his confession, takes a deep breath . . . .but the confession is cancelled when he noticed his parents were there T_T
~ Their short duet is just so adorable! ;D He's willing to do even things he hate (even if it's only for a short while) for Kuki's sake
in MANY OTHER OPERATIONS
~ The only guy that Kuki hugs is WALLY! (well, maybe besides her father ^^
~ The usual person who rescues Kuki from serious attacks is WALLY
Whew! Wow . . .that's a lot of typing ^^; there are many others but many of them could be considered, well, like Kuki may have done that for he's her friend and she's extremely nice, or Wally could have done that also because since they belong in the same sector . . . and so on ^^;
Oh well, I guess Wally and Kuki defnitely like each other. We don't need to catch more evidences to prove they like each other, the only thing the fans have to wait is the CONFESSION ;D
