It seems everyone is just interested in the couplings in fandoms. What about the actual show? Where are you in this little poll? I debated on putting a both because I know thats what everyone will put  ; |

Well, ever since Canada cancelled KND (Grrrr.....) I have nothing to do BUT have more fun with the fandoms. So, I picked romance.

I can't see watching for romance alone. I mean, A) Romance doesn't even figure into the majority of episodes, so if I watched just for romance I would be pretty freaking irritated, and B) most of the romance that does figure in isn't really all that good.
I mean, a show like Maison Ikkoku which is pretty much centered on romance, that I could imagine watching just for the love stories, but Kids Next Door, where the romance is always getting side-tracked by missions and what is there seems like it was tacked on for the fanbase? No.

When the show first started I wasn't that interested in romance, although I thought bits of it were good every now and then. But I voted both because I'm getting more into romance (ever since I discovered all the online fandom really). I started thinking about it more and thought it was good. Also, this is really one of the only cartoons where I really support lots of couples, as it's not something I look out for in all cartoons. But I do look out for it in KND!

I like both, but I think I'm more into the romance and the fandom then the actual show. Because I love 4/86, and I know thats not gonna happen on the show (grr....), I picked romance.

I like both. There's a good amount of action and the romance in interesting.(espescially between 3 and 4) There's a little thing about me. Whenever I get obsessed with a cartoon, (KND right now, before some were Recess and Avatar The Last Airbender), I always get interested in the romance between two characters, (3 and 4 right now). Like a while ago, I was obsessed with The Rowdy Ruff Boys,(See My Avatar) and when I mean obsessed, I mean OBSESSED!!!! Ot's subsided right now, but I still like them and all of my other obsessions.

I guess for me, sometimes both in some shows but leaning more toward series. There are quite a few fandoms out there that make you think fans watch it *only* for the romance (if there is any), though.

I want the action! And romance is also cool....though I wasn't THAt interested until I found out about the KND ROMANCE forum....it was pretty funny discussing it.

I like the show a lot more. I mean, my favourite couple is CC/OC (those of you who don't know what it is have NOT been paying attention.......) so I KNOW it'll never happen.
Romance is okay, but that's not the reason for the show. It's just a cartoon, not an overly dramatic soap opera!
