"Get around" putting slash in? Everything is fair game in fandom. Sure, slash won't happen on the show, but you can easily put slash into the KND fandom.

Turns out that not putting slash into fandom in the hard thing really. ;D
And in case I haven't mentioned it: I kinda like 1/3 though I am aware it will never happen.

Guess so.
I have to admit - even though I wasn't really a slash fan at first but I do like some of the slash fanfics.

Getting back on topic: 1/3 reminds me an awful lot of my marriage. My husband is a lot like Nigel, the nasty Nigel we saw in Season One, before GROW-UP and before we saw his softer side. (There's a reason he used to be my least favorite character. ) As I said before, I'm like Kuki, very free-spirited and definitely not a worry wart. I live in the moment and don't let myself dwell on nonsense. So, basing how this couple would work on my marriage: It wouldn't, in the long run. They're just too different and have different goals. Free spirits and workaholics-to-the-detriment-of-everything-else...nope.

That's exactly how I feel, I know 'opposites attract' but they're just too different, I don't think it would work.

yes they're too diferents but for me is the most intersting thing on this couple, because they can learn to each other

They would make a cuter couple if it wasn't for 4 or lizzie.

that's true but it's imposible only fans of 1/3 can dream it

If you watch the 1/3 scenes from CAKED-THREE, you'll see my marriage in a nutshell. It's creepy how close that is to how *we* interact.

Really? A real life 1/3.
I had never considered 1/3 as a couple until I first discovered the forum, but I'm still not completely convinced that it could work. Numbuh 16 is right - they are a bit too opposite for it to work. Once I tried (yup, *tried* is definitely the right word) to write a fanfic about loads of characters fighting over Numbuh 1, and one of them was Numbuh 3, so I had to find something that would attract her to him. That's when in the fanfic Numbuh 3 discovered the Rainbow Monkey that Numbuh 1 keeps hidden under his pillow (the one on the credits for S.A.T.U.R.N). It was all I could think of, but it's funny.
