Yeah, but 1 is always looking out for Numbuh 3. And 3 DOES seem like she depends on Numbuh 1. She treats him like a big brother, actually.

I don't know... There's not much evidence in canon (Numbuh 1 tends to be a little exasperated with Numbuh 3 though he still remains very fond of her, exactly like a big brother/younger sister) but if you're going to blithely ignore what Mr. Warburton shows us in the show (and well, love is such a fickle thing ;D ) then, yes, it just could be possible. Mind you, if I had to pair Numbuh one with someone from the sector (and I'd rather not, 1/Lizzie is just fine...stone me if you will) I'd probably support 1/5, they just seem to be suited to each other.
An offtopic addendum:
1/4? 1/4??? *shudders*
I mean, I'm all for civil liberties and all, but THAT is just wrong. Call me a stone-age prude if you will, but the line must be drawn somewhere and for me it's here. Ugh. That was worse than P.I.N.K.E.Y.E. The defence rests.
