*laughs* Yes, it absolutely would.
If it were a 3/4 episode, I would say that Numbuh 4 suddenly meets another girl and both of them have a lot in common ('Tough Guy'-wise). Then they fall in love and start dating. Numbuh 3 would get jealous and somehow the story will go on until Numbuhs 3 and 4 finally become boyfriend and girlfriend.
Just a suggestion. *shrug*
