She meant that Hoagie Sr. could be a good couple for Father. It seems the two have quite a history together.

On the CN website it says that Father is married, she has like the opposite powers of what Father has and will hopefully appear in a episode soon. Also I think her name is "Mother". And has like Ice powers and just as mean.
