Prooooobably not. Granted, it was more romantic than a lemon-type idea would normally be, but no. No, I dont' think anyone besides a hardcore Romance novel reader could handle it.
And I mean Sherrilon Kenyon-type novels. Not the fluffy Harliquinn ones.

Author and publishing company, respectively. Kenyon has been putting out pure smut lately (though the earlier stuff had a PLOT to back it up), and Harliquinn puts out several novellas in various categories each month.
