A distan cousin of mine landed herself in the hospital over weight-loss pills. Was in serious trouble. My policy on drugs is not to take them unless a doctor specifically tells me to. Seems to work so far...

oh man, dont worry guys! it's just a natural fatty acid that usually appears in butter or steak and stuff like that, but because of new things that they do to food, its not there anymore, which makes them... fattier? But, anyway, my grandmother got them for me, and everyone else in my family takes them, so if I go down we all go down. I just got all sickly because I was stupid and didnt acutally EAT... but I'm okay! Stop worrying about me! I'm fine, really.

Its doing really good, but it may be an extra day. My computer doesnt like Movie Maker much, so it freezes like every 20 minutes. But its trudging along!

KCG-Still, I don't think you still really take them without asking a doctor. But I guess if everyone else in your family takes them, it's okay...
