yes. there are lots of gay posers. bi is a very trendy thing to do right now, expecially for middle/junior high schoolers. some of them likely are genuinely bisexual, but... bleh.

I suppose it might be that many teenagers go through a faze when they get crushes on people of both sexes, because their hormones haven't figured themselves out yet. And the reason why there has been a lot more people coming out nowadays is because it's become a lot more accepted, and the number of homophobes is decreasing. But there are the select few who are saying they're bi to be "cool". And that fact just annoys the hell outta me. |

Well, seeing the age group involved, but still...understanding what gays go through (I had a couple of gay friends in college), and the high rate of suicides among gay/lesbian kids...it's insulting to think of it as a "trend". Not to mention the fact that real bis or gays can be emotionally devastated by posers. Sick.  |

my new buddy i met in summuh school is bi, i think...thats kinda what i was asking about. shes never really been with anyone, or really has a crush on another girl... so do you just wake up one morning and say, "i think i'll be bi, today"?? just cause its "trendy"  SCARY! what if everyone did that? where would we get babies? not from the stork, thats fur sure! ps...im not homophobic! i hope i dint come off that way... |
