I just got into this fandom *checks watch* two days ago, but I'm already all over the 1/4. yay, a new friend! XD welcome to teh fandom, hon. I'm personally of the belief that all pairings can co-exist peacefully, even if they happen to be mutually exclusive. After all, it's fiction. exactly. i personally like a mix of het and slash in my pairing choices. but more power to whoever likes whatever, as long as they're cool with differing opinions.

yay, a new friend! XD welcome to teh fandom, hon. Thankies! And eee! You're one of the "ish" ladies! *fangirls* The 1/4 epic I'm in the middle of writing is completely your fault. ;D i personally like a mix of het and slash in my pairing choices. but more power to whoever likes whatever, as long as they're cool with differing opinions. My feelings exactly. Though I have to admit to liking slash a lot better... something to do with an aversion to the graphic descriptions of girly bits, weird as that sounds, 'specially seeing as how I'm a girl and all.

Wahaha, you don't know how much that was ranted against in the livejournal fanficrants community.

but OMFG 1/4 EPIC? Oh, now i'm all excited and stuff. XDD Hee, I'm not sure it's actually going to be worth reading, but I totally appreciate the vote of confidence. Epic, though, yes... 10,000 words and poor Nigel's still clueless... Wahaha, you don't know how much that was ranted against in the livejournal fanficrants community. Heh, I think I actually did see some of that, if it's the rant I'm thinking of. It's not that I don't like het. I like a lot of het. It's more the words than the bits themselves, I think. I'd give some examples, but I don't think I'm allowed to use that sort of language here...

I was thinking those rants where the original poster gets annoyed how maleslash fangirls claim they're all for homosexuality and slashiness and stuff, but when it comes to femmeslash they go "EWW! GROSS! GIRL PARTS ARE ICKY!" It was something to that effect. I can probably give a link later on, if I don't forget. If you WERE thinking that particular rant, then, uh, ignore me.

Nigel is always clueless about those things. But that is part of his charm, I think. Anyway, I look forward to this fic. DO complete.

GROSS! GIRL PARTS ARE ICKY!" It was something to that effect. I can probably give a link later on, if I don't forget. Nah, don't trouble yourself with the link. I think it probably was the same rant, or near enough, anyway. I think it gets ranted about a lot... I wonder if part of it is that maybe said maleslash fangirls aren't comfortable enough with their own bodies to describe them in that sort of detail, but writing about bits they haven't got makes it more okay for them. Clearly that's not the case for everyone (or maybe anyone at all), and everyone has their own squicks and issues, but it's sort of an idle theory I've been forming for a while-- like writing explicit manslash is somehow "safer" because it's not connected to anything they'll ever do. 'Course, then some straight guy comes along not liking it either and sents it all straight down the toilet... Not only do I think too much, but I talk too much. Anyway, I look forward to this fic. DO complete. Eep! Pressure! *wibble* Heh. I definitely plan on completing it, and I'll most definitely let you lot know when I do.

This really has nothing to do with the topic itself, but everytime I see the title, I think it says Yami/Yugi

I don't really see any proof on the show but I like to read 1x4 fanfics.

are there any evidence of yaoi or yuri in KND?? i don't really think so though.... There isn't any real evidence of 2/5, but people still like it. There isn't any real evidence of 1/5, but people still like it. There isn't any real evidence of 1/3, but people still like it. There isn't any real evidence of 2/3, but people still like it. And so on. To see subtle hints in the show you really have to open your eyes and look for it. For instance: people used to get all fangirlish whenever Numbuh 3 and Numbuh 4 simply looked at eachother, and they would count that as proof. However, they wouldn't count something like Numbuh 1 saving Numbuh 4 in FAST-FOOD as proof. The more you like something, the more you notice things about it, I guess.
