Okay, so I overall didn't like KNOT/CLOSET but one thing that really miffed me was one scene where Numbuh 4 falls off an edge and Numbuh 3 comes to save him. I don't think that scene was necessary except to make 3/4 fans squeel. That made me wonder:
Is the 3/4ness in season 4 overdone?
Yes, I know that it's one of the most popular couples and it's official (I think). However, I'm just not too happy with the large amount of 3/4ness that has come about.
I'm not saying that 3/4 should be completely abolished but scenes like the one I've described above shouldn't really be shown as often. Once in a while, I think it's okay to have something like Numbuh 4's almost confession (HOSPITAL) or Numbuh 3 getting mad because Numbuh 4 said he'd never like anybody (SNOWING).
I just don't think that there should be some 3/4 proof in every episode because it will eventually get old if this continues...

3/4 already has got old, IMO.
But don't get me wrong, I still like 3/4. It's just way too overdone.
I miss the Season One and early Season Two proof so much...

I still think it's adorable. But, I don't go to 3/4 shrines or write bad 3/4 fanfics. (No offense, I'm talking about the junk I read on FF.) Since I avoid that stuff, the cuteness stays fresh for me.

Sadly, being addicted to fanfiction, I can't avoid those badfics... mostly I don't read them, but they constitue almost 90% of the stuff in ff.net.
I'm not obsessed with this couple anymore. The cuteness just died for me.
But I'm glad that it does the romance part of the show along with 1/Lizzie (especially in OFFICE)
But if I had to go to a shrine or something, I'd rather go with a 1/4 or 4/5 one insted.

Yeah, I agree with Sam. 3/4 has gotten really old. It used to be that I would squeal to see Numbuh 3 hug Numbuh 4, but really, I've seen enough of that. And enough of the "Numbuh 4 gets jealous of a romantic rival." And the "Numbuh 4 almost makes a confession." And the "Numbuh 3 and Numbuh 4 hug each other really briefly in this scene." And the "Numbuh 3 saves Numbuh 4 by grabbing his hand in that scene." And the "Numbuh 4 saves Numbuh 3 by pushing her out of the way of a laser beam in that scene." Really, look at the way 3/4 moments are repeated and reused throughout the show. I hope you don't blame me for thinking that it gets old fast.

As someone who isn't a 3/4 fan, the constant reference and proof to it just drives me nuts. Here I am, trying to enjoy the episodes without worrying about romance too much, and suddenly I see the very-obvious 3/4 proof. I try hard not to make it ruin the episode for me, but episodes such as HOSPITAL are too much. Sadly, I probably would've liked HOSPITAL if it weren't for Four being all, "omg, why doesn't she liiiiike meeeee?"
I wish the writers would consider the feelings of those lukewarm to or those whom dislike 3/4 before writing that stuff into the episodes.

Mmm-hmm. *nods* I blame the fact that Mr. Warburton leaves out his email address for everyone to see. Because of course it's going to attract hard-core 3/4 fanatics. And of course they're gonna email him say stuff like, "omgz 3/4 is da most awsomst cople evah! plz put more proof in da show bcuz dey r ment 2 b!!!111!11!1one!1". And a writer is gonna want to keep his fans happy, right? So what does he do? He scatters unnecessary proof whenever he has the chance. And, while this will make 3/4 fans rejoice, it'll make 3/4 dislikers scream with annoyance. EDIT: OMG. That post sounded so hateful towards Mr. Warburton. I really didn't mean it that way. Honest. >< |

Am not a 3/4 fan and am tired of the evidence. Granted, I have not seen the newer episodes but from what I have read, it's going way overboard. What really annoyed me is the totally obvious 3/4 bit in SNOWING.
Not trying to offend 3/4 fans or anything, but it really doesn't leave much to the imagination. I think that they shouldn't wipe it all out, but leave just enough to satisfy 3/4 fans and not make non-3/4 fans groan.

I'm 3/4 fan, but I'm starting to get tired of 3/4. Like I think falling for a certain show or couple can be a phase of life. And me being 13 I get alot of phases and KND is one them. Like I have a website, but I think I'll close it down. Or let some other 3/4 fan have it and deal with it. But I'll still like the KND just not 3/4 as much. I might write fanfics with the couple instead.  |

It makes me giggle. in fact, I have a feeling there will be A LOT MORE where that came from. I know 3/4 haters are gonna dislike me now 4 this.  |

As everyone who knows me is aware of -- I'm a 3/4 fan. My interest in the couple has decreased since when I first got into the fandom (which was over a year ago), but I still like it enough to put a lot of work into my own 3/4 site. And I don't have any plans to close it down or anything...yet.
I understand where you people are coming from with saying that the 3/4-ness in the show is old and overdone, but it doesn't bother me at all. The only thing I don't like about 3/4 is the stupid fangirls who wouldn't know good fanfiction or a decent website if it was dancing naked in front of them. xP

No, I don't think so. As Sammeh said, 3/4 is kind of...ancient. It's obvious that Numbuh Four has a crush on Numbuh Three, but we're not very sure if he's going to admit it in the movie or anywhere else.
I'd have to disagree. Sure, I'm not a big 3/4 fan anymore, considering that 1/4 is the hottest thing around. If people like 3/4, that's fine as long as the couple's still around. As for 4/5, there's just negative proof between them.
