Dude... I was very tempted to write a scathing response to poke fun at all the typos and logic-defying statements of your post, but I realized it would probably constitute a flame. So instead I'll just say this.
I don't even know what you're talking about half the time.
Kuki flirts with Numbuh 30c? Since when? Everyone falls for Japanese girls? On what planet?
And really, there's nothing to "get over." Wally has a pre-teen crush. It's not like he's psychotically obsessed with her or anything. And there's no reason to think Numbuh Three doesn't like him the way he is. Teasing him doesn't mean she hates him or anything like that. It's as you said, she's a flirt. Flirts tease, and flirts play their little games.
That being said...
Yea, Wally should get over Kuki, that way she can pair up with Nigel and Wally can pair up with Abby! ^__^
