First off I'm not exactly sure what you're asking (not to nag you, but please try to use good sentence structure), but if you watched the show enough you would see that it's pretty obvious that 4 likes 3, and right now I think we're all pretty sure she likes him back, but I'm not sure if either of them know if the other likes them back, which is why they're both afraid, especially Numbuh 4, to admit it.
