Turns out there is no Splinter cell, it was just a cover up for the name itself, not even 362 knows about the corparation. But they've choosen Number 1 for some thing and said he'd know what he was choosen for in do time. So he will probaly find out in Interviews and will most likely be the one leaving and joining them in the end. And yes Chad is apart of the higher orginaziztion, Maurice might be apart of it but who knows, but he already has a job that's pretty good. So I don't know...
