I've been thinking... Are these adults evil in the eyes of kids, or REALLY evil? Ive always thought of them as normal adults, but the stuff they GIVE to kids are the evil things. Like, it's the veggies... Opinions?

Some are evil, like the Common Cold and Father and... well, pretty much the KND villians. Adults who hate children for some reason. Other adults, like their parents, are not evil, and seem to be relatively oblivious to the KND or the Evil Adults. Some adults, like the teachers, are neutral; they aren't evil or good.
Similarly, not all kids are skilled enough to be KND operatives, and some are downright evil themselves.
Adults in this world feed kids veggies, which seem to have detrimental properties, because the adults don't want to eat them. But, as in IT, these veggies can be extremely dangerous to kids.
Actually, Mr. Boss is a rather interesting villian (now) in that he only hates kids who AREN"T his. Yet he still gave his son a really terrible haircut, even though he wasn't acting with evil intentions.
So.. some adults are actively evil, others are not evil at all, and some do things that to kids are evil, though they are not done with an evil motive.

It really depends. MATADOR was an important episode, showing that the KND does distinguish between good adults and bad adults. The villains are obviously evil, while the rest are either civilians with no leanings either way (the Cheese Shogun imprisoned adults as well as kids in his mines), or some are good and helpful like Moosk and Mr. Uno when he knows what's going on.

I mean, like in my second post, the adults whom they battle

The adults they fight hate kids for one reason or another. Since the show is about the kids, yes, the Adults are evil.
If it were from the other POV-- that of the adult villians--the Kids would be evil.
Ironically, Mr. Boss may be the LEAST evil of the adult villians, merely because he does love HIS children. Well... except maybe for the Toilenator, who just wants to be cool.

Sector V operatives' parents are really good adults, the truely evil audlts are the villains that the KND have been battling against.

Only the bad guys are evil. A few are misunderstood.

Really kind of a complicated question...
As I said in another topic, I don't consider Grandma Stuffum, the Cat Lady, Wink and Fibb, or Toilenator to be really evil. Grandma Stuffum probably thinks she's doing kids a favor. The Cat Lady... well, she keeps cats, ain't nothin' evil about that. When Wink and Fibb first appeared they were doing NOTHING and the KND would just bother them for no reason, so they're not really evil either. As for Toilenator... he's just a poor, deluded joe who wants to fit in.
Mr. Fizz is crazy, wanting to ban kids from drinking Root Beer. I mean, WHY? What harm can it do?
Father I think is a guy who mostly is just a victim of... not exactly abuse, but remember how much of a wimp he was as a kid? Grandfather's defeat probably left him with a sort of void inside, so he decided he'd try to take over the world himself just to prove his worth or something. Granted, he's still definitely evil, but if he only had a chance to get his feelings straightened out (or visit a shrink) he'd be good.
The Delightful Children aren't really evil because they're under a form of mind control--not in control of their actions.
Heinrich is evil, pure and simple.
Count Spankulot is, again, a member of the "confused" category. I mean, at least once he outright DOES turn good, just nobody likes him. He's probably still a little sore over that.
Stickybeard isn't evil, he just acts like it so he'll get to go to parties.
Mr. Boss is just annoyed. If he could get over his stress (and maybe his ego) he'd like other kids just as much as his own.
Remember that girl from Operation: ZOO? SHE was evil... I mean, locking kids up as an exhibit? (Which in America, is against the law too... so she's criminal as well).

I'm with The Suki and James--for the most part, the adults are not evil. There are, however, a few evil exceptions, the most noteworthy of course being Father. But like JamesEightBitStar pointed out, this evilness of his is most likely centered around his warped childhood and outright rejection by his own father--recall how much the younger Benedict cowered at the mere sound of his father's voice, so much so that he was too frightened to take up arms against the tyrant with his brother. It's a sad case, indeed. When you stop to think about it, Father may not be out to get kids--at least, not really. They're just an outlet for his anger, when what he really wants to do is take his anger out on his daddy--but he's too weak. Even in Operation: Z.E.R.O., he didn't have the strength to stand up to his father--not even with Monty backing him up. Instead he went and sulked. Kids, on the other hand, are a much easier enemy for him to fight. They're smaller and weaker than him, and it's a darn good thing that the KND is, fortunately, smarter.

As for Father hating kids, I think it's more that he's spent years resenting the Kids Next Door (whether for defeating his father or taking his brother, or both).

I think some of the adults are bad but most of the parents arejust concerned about their kid's welfare. Kid's just don't like it.
