Like, seriously.
Pepper Ann was the reason that I got into Kids Next Door... (what can I say? Mr. Warburton is a great storyteller)
I'm not sure if I was the first to realize this, but...
Wouldn't that jes' knock your socks off?

Haha, no more crazy here on this end. ^^
PS. Is it just me, or do Pepper Ann and Nicky have a strange resemblance to 86 (well, without the accent) and 362, respectively?

Um, no, I don't see any resemblance. Just because PA and Nicky have red and blonde hair respectively, doesn't mean Tom got 86 and 362 from them.
Anywho, I'm probably one of the few people who liked Pepper Ann (most of the people who hate PA are probably one of those "OMG TEH DISNAY IS TEH DEVILE LOL!!!" folks). It isn't completely off the air, either; it comes on Toon Disney. But I think you have to have cox digital cable or satellite to get it.

I have Cox in Vegas too but I've felt the same for 541 and 17. I've seen the resemblance. Hair color similarity, homes. Did Tom Warburton draw Pepper Ann or he's just a writer of Pepper Ann? I've seen that show for like half a year now. But now it's cancelled. So many cancelled shows like The Weekenders, Spider-man and Even Stevens end up like this. So good idea anyway.

Tom was the Lead Character Designer, I think, which is probably why Pepper Ann and KND have similar animation styles.

Ooh, I remember watching that once. Something about her mom was hired to take the school photos or something. And then my pal Gwen was obsessed with that Milo dude for a while.

Well, I always did KINDA wonder why the characters on KND reminded me of the show PepperAnn...And I never even made the connection. Silly me.  But it would be cool to see a crossover. PepperAnn, former KND operative Numbah 7...lol But I do miss the show. I remember waking up early on Saturdays to watch it on One Saturday Morning on ABC, along with Recess and a lot of other good shows. Good times. ;D |
