Before The Official Team Eeveeon site has this function I'll have to make do with this. You guys can request for fan 2x4 technology, with the following regulations:
- To request, simply state the function of your technology. Do not make it too elaborate as it will take a bit to draw. (Elaborate, as in like the RRIDM)
- Acronym request: You can request what specific letters/words need to be put in, but do not make it too hard. Note that acronym requests may be changed slightly.
- Allow at least a week for the fanart to be done.
