I'd hav't to say the Common Cold annoys me in the show. O.o; He's just so... disgusting.
Mushi, Numbuh Three & Numbuh Four also annoy me.
EDIT: Just added a few more characters to my 'most annoying' list.

The most annoying character for me would be (please don't kill me!) Numbuh 4. I just find his stupidity and his voice kind of annoying. Also, it seems recently that he really likes to hog the spotlight. Please don't kill me! |

I find n.3 a bit annoying *hides *, since i'm almost never charmed by the most "cute" character in a show. Don't hurt me, that's only my opinion.
But never as annoying as the Common Cold. Ick.

Numbuh 3 annoys me to no end. She like the "OMG IAM COOT LOOKIT MEEEE" girl from the third grade that keeps following you and telling you about pretty things so you'll give her candy.

heh i kinda think that mushi is very annoying dont kill me she just gets on my nerves with her kiddish voice especially on space where she annoys me the most |

I can't really say any of the characters stand out as annoying, but I guess if I any of them came close, I'd choose Numbuh Three. However, it is more of a "bores me to death" than an "annoying" feeling towards her.

If you ask me, the Toilenator is more whiny than anyone else on the show. His voice goes right through me. And, he's not even an adorable loser...he's just a LOSER. Ick.

Actually, Mr. Fibb and Mr. Wink amuse me, if only for the fact that they remind me way, way too much of the two villians from Diamonds Are Forever, a James Bond movie from the 70s or so. But for "most annoying" I'll have to go with Comon Cold on this one. ~_^
