I think that Lizzie, as how she sang something like "Give us your chicken nuggets and if you don't have you better steal" so the guy took Numbuh 4's nugget to later offer it to her.

I voted for "A picture of a giant chicken nugget," but now that I think about it, it was probably Numbuh Five. He did ask her to give him a kiss in ROBBERS. If the guy was Lunk, which I'm pretty sure he is.
