If you have a scanner, draw on paper, scan thepicture and add its colours on the computer.

I just know how to take a picture and put words and simple edits on it. There are lightening/darkening things that I'm curious about, and there are certain texts that I can't put on that I see on other avatars.

The moving ones are made from more frames and a special program like Jasc Animation Shop.

cool! hoe do you do wwords and stuff? You can do that on Microsoft Paint. If you open it up, you can see a couple of different tools on the side. One with a capital A on it can make textbars. Drag it where you want, and voila! |

Most image editors have text tools. Jasc PSP8 has a good one but there's a small bug - the text is written with the background color with the background color. Example - BG color blue, FG color green. The text will look like this.
