This is a little eulugy/monolouge for 9/11 I wrote after seeing the trailer for World Trade Center. I spent alot of that day watching aftermath videos, tributes, and disscussion videos on youtube that helped me finish this small peice of work.
note: I do not mean to cause any pain or horrible memories back to anyone who lost a loved one that day, this is simply my tribute to all those people who did lose their lives that day.

Hello, my name is Alex, and I am living in a world you may not understand...
Since the beginning of time, we have seen devestating acts of hatred, destruction, courage, and survival. The last days of Pompeii as it stood in sight of the awakening Vesuvius, the Civil War, the American Revolution, the first world war between Germany, Austria and the rest of the world, and World War 2 told the story of one man's insane plan to destroy a religion and succed in world conquest.
Yes, these all have an important part in our history, but none are as devistating as what occured in the 21st century, an event so repulsive that it shaped our world for years to come. Some call it September 11th, we call it 9/11.
For those who don't know, I'll explain. It was a peaceful morning on the 11th of September in New York City, everything was a normal hustle and bustle for everyday New Yorkers, until United Airlines Flight 11 crashed into the north tower of the World Trade Center. Many everyday heros came to save those trapped in the tower, but soon enough, another plane crashed into the South Tower, eventually both towers collapsed.
So many lost their lives that day, so many who weren't even ready to die. 20 people managed to survive the towers collapsing on them, but by the end of the day, the death toll was at least 3,000... or more.......
After 9/11, the world changed, so much devestation befell, but the most devestation of all was the sorrow brought to those who lost a loved one in the attack. Five years after, many people incuding myself have been analyzing the accurate clues and trying to conceive just how it happened.
Maby people bileive and hypothesize that George W. Bush is responsible for the attacks. I'm not sure wether to bileive this or not, but I can say this, America is the dominate country on this planet, and if Bush and his colleages are responsible for this tragedy, the economy of America will fall.
After watching many aftermath disscusions and examining their evidence, I agree that the building collapsed due to explosives. I beleive that if this is true, explosives must have been into the buildings the night before during closing. While the investigation proves nothing, i can say this, maybe... just maybe...
If 9/11 truely was the cause of Bush, does that mean that United Airlines Flight 93 was a hoax? Were those fourty brave apssengers[ ready and willing to die for their country] not heros at all? I truely belive that as sad as it was that they were heros. But with that crash site, I hope it wasn't a hoax.
But 9/11 was not just a day of sorrow, it was also a day of courage and survival. a story of how everyday heros and people risked their live to save other innocents. How they died saving others, and how they managed to save a few.
While we may never be able to forget this tragic event, and we may never learn the truth, but I can say this...
Wether we were New York bystanders, people trapped in the building, or viewers just at home horrified by what we saw on our screens, we all had one thing in common, we all saw evil that day... but maybe all those saw something else, a light of hope. And I hope that that same ray of light will shine down on us and help shape our future.... for the better....
The End
After this I think you can see I'm alot like Numbuh1. Anyway, you may flame me if you wish, I ain't stopping ya.
P.S. Seth MacFarlene is SO lucky to have missed his plane that day or we would have lost him, and to me, a man who can miss his plane on Sept.11th is lucky in both show biusnesss and life.
note: I do not mean to cause any pain or horrible memories back to anyone who lost a loved one that day, this is simply my tribute to all those people who did lose their lives that day.
