The capitals are obvious.
IF EVERYBODY TALKED LIKE THIS WHENEVER THEY'RE THE LEAST BIT HAPPY, SAD, OR ANGRY, it's really annoying and caveman-like to everybody who doesn't. And then flames start.
In a small way, it's the same for double-posting.
