An AU in which Sector V (and probably other key characters) come to realize that the KND organization's pro-kid agenda is just as twisted as the adults'. After something or another happens, they defect, and become the KND's most wanted, while remaining priority targets for adults. They must resist both kids and adults (and teens, of course) long enough to figure out how to bring an end to the war, without knowing if peace is even possible. They are alone; at least, until their strongest allies come from the places they'd least expect.
It's an idea I've toyed around with. Might do something with at some point.

An AU where grandfather won at the end of operation zero. Nigel ended up in the decommissioning chamber with his dad and after that happened grandfather decided to awaken powers in Nigel rather then turn him into a zombie. It wasn't until 20 years later Nigel himself became the enemy. His kids had to defeat him just as Monty did.
