Okay, so I was watching Operation SUPPORT with my friend a while ago (curse the fact that only age-old episodes exist on DVD), and everything was pretty normal. But a few minutes in, Numbuh 5's dad came into view, and my friend tensed up and went: "Hey...wasn't he wearing a YELLOW sweater before?"
As soon as that was said, we realized: Numbuh 5's dad changes his sweater every five minutes. Every time he's in-and-out of shot. New colour. New pattern. New sweater. Is this new to everyone else, or are we just stupid and naive? >>; Why has no one brought it up before? Isn't it a little...creepy?

I think it's supposed to be a parody on Bill Cosby or something about him changing his shirt multiple times per episode.

Yes, I think it's pretty interesting that Mr. Lincoln changes his vest throughout the episode. The patterns on his vest are pretty.
