A LOT of newbies are not reading the rules in the adoptables thread, so here's a suggestion...
Why don't we have a sticky topic on that board (is that the word for it?) that clearly states you HAVE to read to rules for adoptables?
Just a suggestion, as this is getting on my nerves.
