I think they all suck. Ever realize how reality TV shows arn't very realistic? :3 I mean the shows on MTV mostly.
Haha XD but i LOVE jackass. No faking there :3 ♥ Oh yeah, and I love Miami Ink :3 *gonna be a tattoo artist* :3
& *pokes Comet's post* I don't think they will quit Miami Ink for LA ink.. cause Kat's not the only tattoo artist xD I bet they're just changing the time it's on.. plus it doesn't hurt to have 2 tattoo shows xD most channels have things alike.

The only "reality tv" show I watch is American Idol. Pretty chessy, but neverless addicting. (my favorites this year were Sanjaya and the beatboxer, mostly because they were the most interesting)

It depends. Shows like American Idol, So You Think You Can Dance and The Bachelor are fun to watch with family or friends or whatever. But the situation wouldn't be something like, "Oh snap! It's on!" and I'd automatically turn it to that. I don't hate them, yet I don't like them either.
Though I do hate The Simple Life.

I think there should be a horror genre reality show. Take a bunch of morons like you see in any slasher, drop them in some deserted villiage with no civilization within 20 miles, and let the crazies loose. Whoever lives moves on to the next level, with tougher villians. Voodoo zombies and evil dolls would be level 1. Predators would be second to last level. Chemical zombies would be a high level team effort. Freddy Kreuger would be the final level.
Not only would it make a helluva show, but it'd weed out the morons from the gene pool. ^^

I hate reality TV. Just an excuse to make rotten fiction, skimping on things like actors and script. I'm especially vitriolic ever since Veronica Mars was canceled to make room for a, you guessed it, reality show. Pfui. ^^ Now, this, this I'd watch! With relish, too. The idea is one of sublime genius and virulent cynicism. I like it! ;D

I never watched Survivor, the godfather of all these shows. They don't appeal to me, for some reason. The only one I watch is Ghost Hunters--not sure if you can even categorize that as reality TV.
@suki
They did have something pretty close to that a couple of years ago. It was on Ted Nugent's ranch in Michigan. You know, the ultra-conservative pro-hunting Ted Nugent.
That was the best TV I'd seen up to that point. ;D

Did they hunt people? Doesn't work unless you hunt people.

I recently got into Who Wants to Be a Superhero on Sci Fi. That show looks like so much fun. I'd love to audition, but whether I can make a decent enough persona would be tough, especially with the thousands of other characters to choose from.
I have some new ideas for reality shows. License to print money.
Survivor: Compton. Find some upper-middle class country club yahoos, give them 10 lessons of the martial art of their choice, and turn them loose in the ghetto.
GOP House/Democrat House: As the candidates hit the trails, each party lives together Big Brother-style. All Republicans share a house, and all Democrats share a house. Eliminations come as candidates drop out of the race. What better way to know the candidates than to follow them around for an hour each week?
