OMG I LOVE YOU.....Well no but you just brought back old memories...sigh I miss the 90's...those were the years. Anyone rember the Chip n Dales. Yeah the 90's were pretty great..... Anyway....It's never a good episode of the Chipmunks unless Dave shouts: "ALVIIIIIIIN!!!" I agree, the 90s were the best, including the classic music. Anyway, this show also appreciates me as much as I like Chip & Dale.

Another one of my favorites from the 90s is due out in DVD seasons by the end of this year.

I used to watch Alvin & The Chipmunks on ITV (TVAM) on Saturday mornings during the late 1980s, and on Five TV in the late 1990s. Alvin & The Chipmunks was one of the all time TV cartoon classics of the 1980s, but there was also an earlier cartoon show of Alvin & The Chipmunks (The Alvin Show) from the early 1960s. They also recorded some chart hits during the late 1950s and early 1960s under the name of Dave Seville & Chipmunks.

When I was surfing elsewhere, I pass through to find "Alvin & the Chipmunks", the movie! www.alvinandthechipmunksmovie.com/They have it to be released on December 14, 2007. I found it surprising and it's worthing to watch. But yeah, there are some downsides but I respect it's only the first movie. 1. Alvin did not wear his signature red cap like it was supposed to in the cartoon series 2. The Chipettes are not featured.

Also there is HIPHOP AND RAP. That plus Alvin and the Chipmunks.... AUGH.
And Simon, am I remembering Simon's character incorrectly, or did he flirt with the ladies? Because I remember otherwise. D: I don't want to see this.

Simon was the brains of the group. Alvin was the closest one they had to a bad boy and got into trouble a lot. Theodore was the fat one who likes to eat a lot.

When I watch the movie, I hope their behavior doesn't change. If it is, it'll screw up the entire franchise.
Yeah, reminds me of C&C Generals when EA screw up the entire franchise last time, causing controversies among many hardcore C&C fans and myself.

Your second and last paragraph reminds me of how Blizzard Entertainment has basically gone back and rewritten the storyline for the Warcraft series multiple times.

Yeah, but Blizzard DID NOT screw up the Starcraft series, EA did with C&C. Anyway, we'll see how the storylines and plots go when the Chipmunk movie releases.

The Chipettes will definitely be in a sequel if they decide to make one.

I'm sure it is, but not sure if the red cap will return.

Ahh, could be the cartoon one. But the movie version is live action, as similar as Garfield the Movie. But still, I hope it's good.

Why was Garfield deserving of one, let alone two live-action movies? I never found the comics funny.
And it seems to be a trend to leave out certain characters from a movie based on a cartoon or comic just so they can use them as material in a sequel. I expect Apocalypse to be in a fourth or fifth X-Men live-action movie.

I'm glad you brought that up, Agent 000, because I agree. Those comics don't amuse me the least.
You know what would be pretty neat? A live-action movie for Archie. Finding people to look like Betty, Veronica, Archie, Reggie, Jughead.. now that would be pretty awesome. I'm not a huge fan of the comics, but I do read them when I get the chance. ^^
