Division Zero reports directly to her, and acts as her body guards on certain occasions. Vicki Thompson Name: Vicki Thompson Age: 14 From: England Organization: None Vicki Thompson is Natasha Sanpenski's older cousin. A very quiet young girl, Vicki was an KND operative till a very bad event happened that forced her to leave the KND. She has never spoken of the event to anyone. Mika Kaufman and Belle Smith Name: Mika Kaufman Age: 14 From: Germany Organization: Winters Corp. Agent (Assassin) Division: None Name: Belle Smith Age: 14 From: New York Organization: None Division: None Mika Kaufman is an Assassin for the Winters Corporation (non-lethal of course). Her means usually involve making her target sick so he/she would miss a certain event. She uses special weapons developed by Winters Corp for completing her missions. A blue capsule which shatters upon impact and evaporates just as quickly, absorbing into the skin . The target just feels a quick sting, but nothing else. The blue capsules contain a modified version of the Cold Virus, which will start taking effect within the hour of impact and last about 24 hours. Belle Smith is Mika's best and only friend. A Happy-Go-Lucky type of person, Belle has no ties to either the Winters Corporation or the Kids Next Door. Both Mika and Belle go to a private school across town. (Winters Corp Researcher) A perfect example of Kids and Teens working together. Amanda and Robbin are Winters Corps most promising scientists. Creating many of the weapons and inventions Winters Corp agents use in the field. Why is both there hair blue? An incident awhile ago, Robbin and Amanda were trying to make the most tastiest blueberry slurpee, but the mixture of the wrong ingredients resulted in an explosion, permanently dying both there hair blue. Adult Jennifer and Teenager Alexis  Jennifer and her sister Alexis are all grown up now. Jennifer is now head of the Winters Corporation after her mother stepped down and retired. Alexis took over Division Zero after Jennifer left. Alexis took on her sisters more punkish look and stole Jennifer black beret ^^; Jennifer has to walk with a cane after Cree messed her up pretty bad during there last encounter.
