I think you did a pretty good job for a first try at drawing the KND in manga! ^^ My advice would be to keep practicing, practice makes perfect!

That looks really good, i absolutely love manga style drawings, maybe you should make a KND manga or something that would be really great!!

I really hate it when people just lavish praise and give general advice that anyone, even a professional, knows. Just makes it harder for someone like me to give an actual detailed critque and offer actual tips and sources for improvement.
And then there's the case of the artist. Do you really want an honest critque with actual advice, or just to have your ego stroked?

I think you need more practise. Have you tried studying Manga in its true form at all? Maybe buy some or search online, and really study the designs hard. Each one is unique in their own way, so there's heaps to start from.
And maybe use larger eyes and a lot more detail in the clothing. Manga can involve quite a bit of detail.
one last thing; making the lineart with a drawing pen of some sort. Maybe even get a grey texta and colour a few bits in (like reds are a light grey at times, and blues are dark grey)
other than that, you're getting there^^ just keep practising and you'll get there.

I'd say something to always work on is anatomy/proportions. Tutorials and books can help you with this but I think the best thing for it is to draw from real life and do a lot of sketching just for observational purposes. This'll give you more of a sense of natural movement and poses. People are never simply stiff, right? Well, unless they're dead... I always sketch out the body before drawing any clothes.
Also it's good to study folds and shading in cloth. I honestly don't have any kind of real understanding of this (working on it) and just kinda pretend I know what I'm doing but if you really spend time on it it adds a lot to a drawing. Understanding realistic drawing always helps, even in anime.
I guess the last thing I can say is sketch A LOT. Every day. Everything. You don't always have to produce finished works. If you're weak at hands, sketch just hands. Or just faces or noses or eyes. It helps.
