[...unWARP!!!]
Good evening.
I just got this from Mr. W himself:
What do you think? Should I delete the whole group I have so far?
¡Zacatepóngolas!
Until next time, remember:

Yes. By all means delete it at once.

This smells like trouble for some of us.... I think you should think about it before you act.

Oh geez, some corporate type must have seen this and alerted the Blue Meanies.
Sheesh.

Imo, you shouldn't delete all your work... but you should stop. It's not like CN will sue you for hosting the episodes, but Warburton clearly asked you to stop the work. That message sounds more like a "please, don't do it anymore" than a "stop this now or face our legal departament".
Legally speaking, you could host all the files on another country's adress, a country/territory with flexible (more like inexistant) internet laws, like Tuvalu or Christmas Island. But if the KND creator himself politely asked you to stop the work, it's nice to respect it, imo. We could perfectly continue the request-upload system.
Not uploading the episodes is tougher, tough. There are lots of KND fans who live in countries without it (or countries that have to wait too long to see new KND episodes - my case), and these people can only watch KND on the internet, via the uploaded episodes that kind people like you provide. So, just don't put ALL the episodes in one place; upload one by one, by the time they air, like you guys were doing.
By the way, it was a great and good-intended initiative, JAM. Thank you for your kindness :)

Hmm... I have to agree with Numbuh.

I have censored the post in question (can't bring myself to delete it or disparage JAM in any way, him being the paragon of cool and all). Our Corporate Overlords can sleep in peace now. Yes, indeed, now instead of downloading episodes for free (monstrous!) we will watch them as they air. For free. But what do I know? I'm not an MBA.

Drat. It was fun while it lasted. Now it looks like everyone who doesn't get CN is going to have to wait for the DVDs.

The only problem I have with it is that this is gonna make it hard to make AMVs I feel really bad for people here who live in other countries that don't air KND as much and actually needed downloads to see it... -___- It's a good thing I already downloaded a bunch of stuff while I still could!

Wait, does this mean we have to close the download's thread?

I don't think so. It was up for half of eternity and no-one complained. I think what got everyone hot and bothered is getting all organized and library-like with our downloads.
Or at least I hope.
We'll see how things work out.

Well as much as I'm looking forward to all new KND episodes I'd want the B&M crossover and Interviews much more than any other episode....(I think...)

Well, Mr. W just said to "be a little careful", right?
So, like it's been suggested, we don't have to shut down the download thread, just not have a library of episodes.
(Besides, I'm still unsure if I'll get to see certain episodes in the not-too-distant future, so just uploading eps when they air sounds like a good idea)

How about only putting up epis when they're requested by someone?
As previously stated, the library.....yeah, probably not a wise idea anymore (was great while it lasted, though..)
