[...unWARP!!!] Good evening. There is a new fanfic on FFN called "Kids Next Door School Musical", which features Nigel and Rachel singing, and rather well, too. I noted to the author that in Operation DIAPER, Nigel is shown to sing terrible. She replied saying that in Operation LOVE, he didn't sing that bad Which episode should be considered canon? Or, would Nigel's performance in LOVE be considered more of a "rap" than actual singing, AND because he sang in a group and not exactly by himself? Or why did he sing so terribly in DIAPER? ¡Zacatepóngolas! Until next time, remember: I AM THE J.A.M. (a.k.a. Numbuh i: "Just because I'm imaginary doesn't mean I don't exist") Good evening. [WARP!!!]

I'm not quite sure when and where, but I do vaguely remember a question to Mr. Warburton about why he sang so well in LOVE. I believe he responded with something like how the stage crew must have had somebody sing while he would lip sync. Then he said that it may have been Tom Cruise.
I suppose DIAPER would be canon. But I'm not too sure.

Mr. W suggested that Nigel had someone singing for him in LOVE.
Then again, the episodes aren't in cronological order. Could be DIAPER came before LOVE, and he joined chorus or something in between.

Mr. W also mentioned that there was a possibility that lizzie was secretly giving him singing lessons, I'm guessing before op. girlfriend, but you know Mr. W and his answers to fan's questions

Probably he sang better in LOVE because there had been weeks of rehearsal. Practice makes perfect, after all.

But even in a school play, he wouldn't have gotten a main singing role if he was THAT terrible.

If you watch Op.SPINICH Nigel sang (or rap) too and it wasn't bad at all! I guess he can't sing but can rap really well. ;D Or maybe in DAIPER he was just too nervous or something. Anyway it wasn't that bad. That's how my classmates and me sing............... ;D

I think he doesn't do well with voice modulation but his rapping seems fine (hinting that maybe he just needs a little tone training..) because there isn't much tone adjusting required when one raps ( I should know, I love to rap although I can't really write rap for myself... I love Eminem's lyrics!)
Compared to op. DIAPER's lullaby, I think Nigel had a hard time because he was trying to keep up with (imitate) Abby's voice. Maybe the confusion led to him messing up his tone (I know I have trouble when I try do that. I have to use the pitch I'm most comfortable with when I sing thus I usually mess up when I try the higher pitched songs like Avril Lavigne's.^__~)
Also, he wasn't quite alone when he was singing in op. LOVE so he could have just sang softer to make sure the other voices drowned his out in the chorus. ^__~
