Powerpuff Girls is getting season box sets, so it would surprise me if KND didn't as well.
Only thing is I don't think they'll happen SOON--maybe ten years later or so. CN seems to hate season sets for some reason.
As for KND not being all that well known by anyone outside of this forum--ummm dude, a show wouldn't last six seasons if only three-hundred people were watching it.

KND is really well known but not as well known as the power puff girls, Dexters Lab or even Ed Edd and Eddy.

Yeah, but KND is still very new compared to those. I have to say, before KND had actually aired and the commercials about it were on TV I kept thinking to myself that it looks much higher quality than most CN shows. And in the show itself it seems to go into more depth than most of the other cartoons around as well. There are a lot of continuous storylines in it, the characters are non-stereotypical and have a lot of detail to their personality, and the show is very imaginative and well - people like that! If you remember as well, KND was special right from the beginning. Even the first few episodes were strong, which isn't a usual thing if you compare it to a lot of other cartoons.
The only thing that I think could hold KND back is the fact that it's only shown on CN (or Teletoon in some places). No offense to the channel itself, but since not everyone has CN, then a lot of other people who'd be fans if they knew about it are probably missing out. Maybe in 10 years or so they'll rerun the episodes on more common TV channels. *hint hint*
