Hi, A new reminder for English KND watchers that DOGFIGHT/TRIP repeats on Cartoon Network today at 4pm (shown again at 5).
I myself will be taping both eps. :-)

Okay, seen both DOGFIGHT/TRIP.
DOGFIGHT is cool, one of the most action-packed eps you're likely to see. A tour-de-force for Numbuh Two fans.
TRIP ... well, no spoilers (in the plot revealing sense). Just imagine the worst KND episode you've seen so far (probably TOMMY in most peoples' book) and then double the pain. IMO, just terrible, with a villain threat more pathetic in name and scariness than even the Toilenator. The ending - well it has a twist, but not an exciting one I'm afraid. In fact, it's about as blunt and obvious as a housebrick in the face. And this ep is now stinkin' up the space on my hard drive. Sigh ... who knows, some of you might like it. Just giving due warning not to get your hopes up about this one. Watch DOGFIGHT and then feel free to go get a Coke, take outt the trash or feed the cat. Your time will be infinitely better spent.

I actually liked TRIP. It's sort of like a KND version of a Road Runner/Coyote cartoon, or one of them ol' cartoons where a character is being pursued by a predator they are unaware of. And the villains--the "Interesting Twins From Under the Mountain" are quite interesting, not only in that they show that Father has more children besides the DCFDTL, but... they're pretty interesting in their own right. In fact, I'm almost ready to say that the Twins replace the DCFDTL as my favorite villains in the show thus far.
DOGFIGHT and TRIP are going to be the next episodes I'm gonna review BTW.

I saw both episodes as some harmless fun! They were both very funny ('Look what you done to my sweet, sweet sister!'). The ITFUTM Rock!

Here's a thought:
The Interesting TWINS From Under the MOUNTAIN.
Three guesses what movie Tom (or Mo) was watching when he (or they) came up with these characters. (Alternatively, they may have been reading the book, but that seems less likely).

I really enjoyed TRIP for it's cuteness and simplisity. Plus they managed to make the twins intriguing on thier first try. I would love to see them again myself, if done correctly. (Can't have too much of a good thing now can we?)

Got to see DOGFIGHT, good standard fun. It's high up there on the Hoagie centered episodes. The Kid was cool too, I liked his design. (BTW who ever said in thier review that he was french was wrong, his accent was hispanic. I should know, that's the same voice Tom Kenny uses for Raimundo on Xiaolin Showdown)
Getting to see TRIP on the big screen helped me notice some more things about it. Like the twist at the end was easier to see. And i noticed the twins shared a yin-yang birthmark on thier faces.
Best line: Hmmmm, I guess it would be the twin sister yelling at her brother to ring the bicycle bell, and the brother's rant at the end overlayed with the KND's blank faces. ;D

My thoughts~ Operation D.O.G.F.I.G.H.T. - Awsome numbuh 2 centered eppie! In the begining he was acting all cool which I enjoyed And that "kid" in the begining he annoyed me...cause no one beats numbuh 2 at flying! lol But at the end I liked him! FaV. ParT was in the begining when he was all "It takes a speacial kind of kid to rule the sky's." That rocked Operation T.R.I.P. - First off i'm glad it was in Japan cause I love Japan!!! (im not japanese lol) Those twins were cute they were all matching...and finishing each others lines! And the sister had those cute pigtails! Numbuh 3 was so cute in this eppie! FaV ParT was when numbuh 3 pet the dog...anf it turned all good! or at the end...ya that was cool too! I personally loved these eppies. ;D

Wowie, now you UK folks are free to ramble as much Dogfight/Trip spoilers as you want! Now there's only End you have to keep your trap shut about. ;D Dogfight: My favorite Numbuh Two-centered episode thus far! Pretty action-packed with the shooting and the explosions and the crashes and the... Ahem. When I first saw The Kid I thought he sorta resembled Numbuh One myself. Maybe it's the sunglasses. It's too bad the promo commercials sorta spoiled a couple parts, but that didn't stop me from enjoying this one. Trip: I'm mad at the hosts from last week 'cause they showed shots of the end of Trip (the other four core KND removing their disguise). But I liked everything before that. The Interesting Twins From Beneath The Mountain were funny, especially the sister and how she gradually became more and more nuts/angry and then finally broke down. Also liked the brother's revenge speech while the KND just stare at them. Poor Twins got beat around throughout the episode. Oh, and Numbuh Three was especially cute. But I'm not so sure she was TOO oblivious (a little but not much). Remember the synopsis on the KND official site? It says she has something "up her long sleeves." I'm thinking she somehow knew she'd be tracked so she must have asked her friends to disguise themselves as her grandmother to trap her trackers. Of course, I could be wrong. But overall a cool pair of episodes. I absolutely cannot wait to see END!

DOGFIGHTI loved this! Absolutely adorable. Bwahaha, that Hispanic (he sounded like that to me...) Kid rocks my socks. Hehe. I was pretty sad everytime one of 2's ships crashed. Some of those were pretty cool! (the limo, the LIMO!!!) Finally, a Hoagie episode that actually focuses on flying. I need more eps like this. TRIPI liked DOGFIGHT better, but this was sooooo funny. I am now a ITFUTM fan! They had yin-yangs on their faces and were dressed like Japanese schoolboys/girls. You've got to love that. I like how the boy Twin went ballistic at the end. And when the Japanese KND surrounded them....? Me: Hahaha!!! OWNED.

When I first saw The Kid I thought he sorta resembled Numbuh One myself. Maybe it's the sunglasses. Yeah, I thought they looked alike too. Must be the sunglasses. But an interesting parallel: Numbuh 1's last name is "Uno" and the Kid had a Hispanic accent. ^^;;; DOGFIGHT: This is my new favorite Numbuh 2-centric episode so far too. The ending gave me such a nice warm and fuzzy feeling. I didn't really like Mr. Washer as a villain and also Numbuh 2's voice was kind of weird, but I still loved this episode. I'm inspired to attempt to do some fanart. TRIP: I liked this one. I liked how the main emphasis in this episode was on humor and also that it was all very continuous and connected. However, the girl twin's voice bothered me (it's really weird how I'm bothered by voices today). Also, at the end, when the boy twin got mad, he sounded like he had a Hispanic accent.

DOG-FIGHT- I am like everyone else, at first I wanted to kill that kid lol. But then when I understood why he was fighting Hoagie, I liked him. I hope he makes another appearance. I never did like Mr. Washer from the first time I saw him (maybe it was because the commercials kinda told us he was bad ). I agree with Tako, the end make me feel all happy and fuzzy inside lol. TRIP- Those twins really creeped me out, but I loved how they talked lol. I thought this episode was one of the funniest ones I have seen. Without even trying Kuki defeated the twins hehe... and also loved how that dog (the 2 KND operatives) always came in at the right time and attacked them .
