As 86 is trying to get ahold of 362, it happens to be the time where every day, 1/0 comes in, makes an annoying noise on his vuvuzela, and drive 86 mad(der).
*1/0 knocks on the door. He's wearing his "normal" clothes: top hat with "1÷0" on it, a scarf bent like a Möbius strip, sweatpants, and a shirt reading, "If only you, dead people, and I understand hexadecimal, how many understand it?". He's carrying his vuvuzela, random 2x4 technology, and a book titled "How to Annoy the Hell Out of Anybody and Be Awesome".*
1/0: Hello? Numbuh 86? You in there?
(1/0 has been doing this for the past couple years. 86 has gotten quite used to it, but when 86 doesn't open the door, 1/0 typically just destroys it with his vuvuzela.)

1/0: I think it's fairly obvious. I've been coming here the exact same time every day for two years, all for the same reason.
*1/0 then parades into 86's office, tossing his vuvuzela like a baton. 1/0 then pulls out the T.U.R.D. (Timewasting Underwear Residue, Duh), and throws it at the wall.
1/0: Pipple skipple apple sauce and a bucket of creamed cheese!
*1/0 smiles for a few seconds, very freaky.*
1/0: Say, wanna play Rock Paper Scissors?

*1/0 pulls out his vuvuzela, and repeatedly hits the door with it until it falls down. 1/0 parades back into the room.*

*1/0 holds a piece of paper, signed by 362, ordering him to meet with 86.*
1/0: Something about Sector G. I kind of spaced out during the mission brief.
