A very nice episode all-around. I enjoyed both segments with SPANKENSTINE coming out with a slight lead (I'm a sucker for Noir Hoagie). All in all I have to give the episodes a high mark of bonk/10.

Being six in kindergarten is true, but what about Sandy? Is he seven?

Yeah, Mr. W stated it in one interview.

I guess he's a first grader. If so, then Mushi is actually in kindergarten, and she's still six in the series. From out of the series, she would be nine by now. Just my crazy imaginations of combining cartoons and real life.

CLOWN - I was stuck between 2 stars and 3 stars. It was really trying to be funny, but it was downright scary. I hate clowns! The small 2/5 moments were admittingly funny, but the parts with the clown were attempted to be humorous but, to me, it wasn't. Excluding those small pun moments between Numbuhs 2 and 5 (the pie in the face!! haha!) I gave it two stars.
SPANKENSTINE - The same as clowns. Between 2 and 3 stars. It was still trying to be funny but it wasn't. I didn't laugh at many parts, except the part where Lydia (Numbuh 2's grandma) and Count Spankulot had that.. um, conversation. I gave it 2 stars as well.
I didn't like this episode. It was a failed attempt to make me laugh through the entire thing. And please, 2/5 fans, don't think its because I'm a 1/5 fan. Not it at all. In fact, there are 1/5 episodes and scenes where I don't laugh either. Just the clown thing wasn't funny to me.

I agree, clowns are scary! And the music really creeped me out!

SPANKENSTINE was really good for me. Better than CLOWN. I give 5 stars. It wasn't funny but it was interesting...

"C.L.O.W.N." was okay. The most interesting part of it for me was (sort of) seeing Dr. Lincoln's face for the first time.
I loved "S.P.A.N.K.E.N.S.T.I.N.E." Mushi just keeps sliding further and further into evil, and we get to see Posh Party Rainbow Monkey again. Too bad he just doesn't sigh like he used to.
Mushi has multiple meanings in Japanese, the most ironic being "selfless". The most common meaning is "insect". As far as I know it's never used as a personal name though.
