Mr. Boss is her dad, We see her Mom in SLUMBER (I know it was Chad in disguise but we know what she looks and sounds like at least) and her brothers are Shaunie and Patty

Also does that mean Numbuh 86s full name is Fanny Boss? Or is Mr. Boss just a villain pseudonym?

Mr. Boss is a villain name for him, I think to other people he would be known as mr. Fulbright.

Also I think fanny is short for something like:
Franchesca
Francine
Frances

Oh, man, Numbuh 85. It seemed that he was STILL down 'bout his hair by I.N.T.E.R.V.I.E.W.S.. At least, that's the only explanation I can think of for why he wasn't there.
