Actually there are girl scientists in KND, check the end of Op. CHOCOLATE (and ARCHIVE but that's ancient history).
I liked both episodes. VIRUS was very funny ("I'll turn this treehouse upside-down!"...and she did! ;D) and the ending was great (I wish we had a KND attack on MY prom...it would have made the whole affair so very much more interesting). OUTBREAK was also good but annoyed me because of the "stupid scientist" stereotype (the ending was rather cool, Numbuh 5 the sole beacon of common sense, as usual).
Oh, and it's Numbuh 20 000 not 2000. You see it's a joke, he keeps saying "way out of our league" and he works under the sea. Get it? "Sea", "league" "20 000"? Ring any bells? Oh, I give up...
And we don't know that a prom ISN'T a gathering of evil anti-kid teenagers, now do we? Remember Op. SUPPORT? Sometimes Numbuh one gets it right.

Late review, I recorded it but neglected to watch it till now. Virus - Funny, but man that's one ooglay zit! Hoagie still has that crush it seems. Wonder how much longer it'll last before Cree "breaks it to him"... before she actually does break him. I liked the sisterly moment between Cree and Abby. Outbreak - Funny, but man that's one ooglay allergic reaction! And it's pretty cool how Outbreak continued from what happened at the beginning of Virus... I thought the stuff in the chamber had to do with the zits or something. I'm also glad to see the show return to its cartoony style humor. I loved the "Upside Down" gag.  |

Is it just me or is Maurice a little young to go to the prom? When I was in high school, the prom was only for upperclassmen (freshmen and sophomores needed to be escorted by an older student to the attend, anyone under 14 couldn't enter at all). The rules in their school system must be pretty lax.
I'm also wondering why Cree changed her opinion so quickly about younger men. She scathingly called Chad a "kid" in Season 2, but in Season 5 she wants to date Maurice? Either she's stringing the boy along, is extremly fickle, or KND continuity is becoming a thing of the past.

She likes him. She always has. Just look at Op. MAURICE. She calls Chad 'kid' not because she has an oppinion on younger men but because she can and she is, after all, more than just a little mean.
As for being fickle, well, love is always fickle, it's just the nature of the beast.

Hehe... I Loved those eppies.
Virus was one of the funniest, especailly #2 and Cree scene, and in Outbreak i loved the start scene when #4 thought that they were going to a seafood barbeque (?) hahaha... and iuuu his lips in the end hahahahaha

Yup, Patient C totally freaked me out!
I was expecting these episodes to be seriously gross... but I still think P.I.N.K.E.Y.E was nastier! I thought the storyline and situation in V.I.R.U.S was really funny, and O.U.T.B.R.E.A.K was hilarious too. I thought Numbuh 4 could read a bit well in this one - he read what the wrapper on the chocolate bar said - very impressive for him I thought. I loved it in V.I.R.U.S when Numbuh 2 was screaming as though he was falling down - but he was already on the ground. And I loved the ending to O.U.T.B.R.E.A.K. where Numbuh 3 quickly moved so that Numbuh 5 wouldn't make contact with her. Poor Numbuh 5... she took quite a beating in both the episodes. Ouch. Funny though. ;D

I downloaded OUTBREAK and watched it before! It was good! I haven't watched any of the new eppy's yet! The only new eppy ive seen is ELECTIONS!  I watchcd that on Saturday morning! |

Great to see Maurice again in Op. VIRUS, and Cree not being evil for a change. They could have turned Hoagie into a teen again so he could go to the prom, and Abigail and Kuki could have gone undercover, disguised themselves as teens under pen-names and gone to the prom as well.
In OUTBREAK, patient C was just a cute little girl and the episode was a follow-on to VIRUS.
