Well, maybe the Safety patrol starts to pick on Kuki until she snaps and she does something really bad. Mr Warburton did say that they are gonna get out of control.

How interesting, as Kuki and Mushi look almost identical, Mushi would put on her sister's green sweatshirt and converse sneakers as well as not wearing her hair bobbles to let her hair down, then she'll look exactly like her sister, except for the voice and height differences.
